Q   What is your warranty?
A   A: 1. Our warranty period can be extended to three or five years. 2. If there is a quality problem, we can replace the parts and the engineer will remotely control and guide the maintenance. We can train the maintenance knowledge of our products for free. 3. We support manual maintenance. If the machine has a serious problem, our team of engineers can go to the local for repairs.
Q  Q:What is the lead time?
A   A Regular product need to take 3-5days. Customized product such bar lcd screen without in stock need to take 15days. Bulk order (1000pcs) can be finished within 15-18days.

A   A：Contact Customer Service between the hours of 8：00 a.m. and 17:00 p.m. They will be able to answer any other questions you may have.
Q  Q:How about the production time?
A   A: That depends on the specific items and your order quantity. Normally, the production time for a 20ft container load is about 25-45 days

A   A: Quality is the lift of our factory. We have inspector in different post, and there are two inspectors before packing to get best quality products.

A   A: Yes, we can make sample for you. MOQ can be 1pc.

A   A: Currently, the payment terms we accept are T/T (30% in advance, 70% before shipment
