How we test monitor?
Testing
1. Initial Visual Inspection
• Check for physical defects (scratches, dents, or cracks) on the LCD screen, casing, and ports.
2. Power-On Test
• Power up the device to confirm stable startup and no abnormal sounds.
• Check indicator lights for correct operation (e.g., power, network).
3. Display Performance Test
• Test screen brightness, contrast, and color accuracy using standard test patterns (grayscale, color bars).
• Verify no dead pixels, backlight bleeding, or flicker.
4. Functional Testing
• Test all input/output ports (HDMI, USB, etc.) for proper signal transmission.
• Validate touchscreen responsiveness (if applicable) across the entire display area.
• Check built-in features (e.g., speakers, Wi-Fi, remote control) for normal operation.
5. Software & Stability Test
• Run continuous operation tests (24–48 hours) to ensure no crashes or freezes.
• Verify compatibility with common content management systems (CMS) and media formats.


What we can do after -selling?
- Providing DDP SERVICE (DDP door to door shipment including tax by sea or by air).
- Providing installation instructions such as how to install monitor, video wall. We offer installation instruction, video instruction, and support via live chat, email or phone, until the device be installed successfully.
- Our warranty 1 year for free. period can be extended to three or five years.
- If there is a quality problem, we can replace the parts and the engineer will remotely control and guide the maintenance. We can train the maintenance knowledge of our products for free.
- We support manual maintenance. If the machine has a serious problem, our team of engineers can go to the local for repairs.
